Position:

Full-Time Advanced Esthetician Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate/commission + gratuities + performance incentives

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday The ideal candidate will have: A current esthetics license and advanced skincare experience Strong knowledge in advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, glo2 facials, and corrective facials A polished, professional presence with a deep commitment to client satisfaction Exceptional attention to detail, cleanliness, and standards of care The ability to curate elevated, customized experiences for each client Preferred but not required: Experience with lash lifts, brow laminations, or high-end retail skincare lines Familiarity with holistic or wellness-based skincare principles What we offer: A serene, upscale spa environment rooted in professionalism and purpose Loyal clientele and support in building a steady book Continued education and growth opportunities A team that values excellence, intention, and mutual support Discounts on services and products
