Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled, polished, and client-focused Esthetician or Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role blends hands-on skin care expertise with opportunities to engage in social media , retail sales , and client education . The right candidate will be professional, dependable, and passionate about delivering results-driven services that help our clients feel confident and cared for. Whether you’re an experienced esthetician or new to the field, we’re open to training the right individual who shares our passion and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Perform a range of esthetic services including: Custom Facials, Hydrafacial, and Dermaplaning Chemical Peels and Acne Treatments Body Waxing and Lash Lifts Laser Treatments (Aerolase NeoElite) Microneedling / Microchanneling Work side by side in consults with our Nurse Practitioner Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment space. Greet and consult with clients, manage follow-ups, and build strong relationships. Assist with front desk duties as needed including booking, inquiries, and client education. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently upsell skincare. Engage with social media content creation (before/after photos, videos, behind-the-scenes). Be comfortable on camera for reels or educational content alongside our social team. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, supportive work culture.

Requirements:

Current Florida Esthetician License (required) Proficiency or willingness to train in: facials, waxing, lash lifts, laser treatments, and skincare sales Experience or interest in social media and content creation Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Organized, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude and passion for helping others look and feel their best Must be available for evenings and every other weekend Why Work at

$20.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
