GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION
Advanced Practitioners (APs) for Von & Co Medical Aesthetic Studio play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest care, administrating medical treatments, and ensuring that the highest standards of safety and professionalism are maintained. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest service and possess a strong background in medical aesthetics and skincare procedures. As an integral member of our team, he/she will collaborate with our team of skincare professionals to ensure our guests receive personalized treatments and achieve their skincare goals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES
Oversees Guest Assessment and Consultation:
Partners with our Studio Concierges (“concierges”) to conduct thorough guest assessments, including gathering the guest’s medical history, skincare concerns, and treatment goals. Reviews outcomes of consultations conducted by concierges to educate guests about available treatments, expected outcomes, and potential risks. Reviews, approves and/or modifies, when necessary, customized treatment plans tailored to each individual guest’s unique needs, ensuring optimal results and guest satisfaction.
Medical Treatment Administration:
Performs treatments, including, but not limited to, laser treatments, micro-needling, PRP therapy, and injectables. Administers treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines. Works with concierges to monitor guests during and after treatments to ensure their comfort and safety.
Guest Education and Follow-Up:
Educates guests on post-treatment care instructions, including skincare routines and potential side effects. Partners with concierges to assist guests in selecting and purchasing skin care products that best suit their ongoing needs and preferences, providing expert advice on application techniques, product features and skincare routines. Follows up with guests to assess treatment effectiveness and address any concerns. Liaises with concierges on scheduling follow up visits and follow up care.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborates with other members of the team to ensure the seamless delivery comprehensive care as outlined in the guests’ customized treatment plans, Provides exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and empathetically. Documentation and Compliance Ensures accurate documentation of guest assessments, treatments administered, and follow up care in the guest management system (PMS), closing all charts by end of business day. Adheres to all state regulations, licensing requirements, and medical spa policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, physician assistant studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Current certification and licensure as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Certification in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, or medical aesthetics preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years in performing aesthetics procedures in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting. Proficiency in performing advanced cosmetic procedures. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skincare principles, and cosmetic dermatology techniques. Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to provide compassionate care to guests. Excellent communication and guest service skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Ability to work as part of team.
