Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Electrology and Laser Instructor to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on industry experience and a commitment to preparing students for real-world success in the field of permanent hair removal and laser technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide engaging instruction in electrology and laser theory, protocols, and clinical practices Demonstrate equipment use and treatment techniques following Florida regulatory standards Supervise student treatments, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols Conduct practical evaluations and maintain accurate student records Participate in curriculum planning and updates as needed Promote a professional, respectful, and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Current Florida Electrology License and/or Laser Certification (Required) Minimum 2 years of professional experience in electrology and/or laser hair removal Prior teaching or training experience preferred . Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and student success
