We’re seeking a Licensed Esthetician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience and a passion for advanced skincare to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants flexible scheduling with strong earning potential.

Compensation:

Commission on services performed Commission on retail product sales 100% of tips — all yours Marketing and administrative support included

What You’ll Do:

Perform professional facial treatments tailored to each client Provide skincare education and recommend personalized home-care regimens Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment environment Offer advanced services such as dermaplaning, LED, or chemical peels (preferred) Collaborate with spa team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

Active Florida Esthetician License Minimum 2 years of experience in esthetics Skilled in both basic and advanced facial techniques Professional, dependable, and client-focused Weekend availability preferred Must carry current liability insurance
