The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic treatments, particularly in administering Botulinum toxin treatments, and will have a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients while providing exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Duties Administer aesthetic treatments, including Botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Manage client records accurately and maintain confidentiality. Provide education to clients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes. Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience in the Med Spa setting. Demonstrate sales acumen by promoting additional services that align with client needs. Requirements NP or PA Proven experience as an Aesthetic Injector or in a similar role within the Med Spa industry. Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, particularly Botulinum toxin treatment and dermabrasion techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Experience in sales is preferred, demonstrating the ability to promote services effectively. A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus, contributing to a positive client experience. Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence and client engagement. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
