Responsibilities:
Client Services :
Perform a variety of services, ensuring a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Operations :
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the spa, including daily upkeep of front reception area, service areas and equipment.
Social Media :
Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including photos and videos, to promote our spa and connect with our audience.
Team Collaboration :
Support the team in daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Retail:
Operate cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer inquiries regarding payments.
Phone & Communication Skills :
Answer calls professionally, address client questions, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
Appointment Management :
Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
Sales Support :
Promote spa services and retail products by educating clients and recommending options tailored to their needs. Requirements Must be available to work on Sundays. Previous experience in a spa/salon is strongly preferred. (Licensed cosmetologist/esthetician is a huge plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills required; familiarity with retail math is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. A passion for beauty, wellness, and skincare is highly desirable. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
