The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, located at 10295 CollinsAvenue, Bal Harbour, FL, 33154 currently has the followingopportunity: Esthetician (140027CT): Provide waxing and skincare services toguests. Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, andexamine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, andappropriateness of scheduled service. Determine and advise guestson proper skin, hair, or nail care and recommend home careregimens. Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.

Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Set up workstationand/or treatment room with necessary products, equipment, andsupplies to ensure guest comfort and safety. Clean, maintain, andsterilize tools. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout theday. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service andinforming supervisor/manager. Maintain current licensure in servicearea. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow allcompany policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests’ service needs; assist individuals withdisabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak withothers using clear and professional language. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns ofother employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations andstandards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
