Facial Specialist – High-Earning Role + Tips Sheesa Beauty Salon and Spa North Miami, FL 33161 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facial Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You will be responsible for performing various facial treatments, body waxing, and other beauty services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, including cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration. Sanitate all tools and equipment before and after each treatment to ensure a safe environment for clients. Provide additional services such as deep tissue massage, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and their benefits. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and address any concerns. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Facial Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques including dermabrasion. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to perform various beauty services such as deep tissue massage, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is highly desirable. Must possess relevant certifications or licenses required by state regulations. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the beauty field.
