Luxury Skincare Specialist BiohackNow, LLC Miami Beach, FL 33141 Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare treatments and services while ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, maintaining a welcoming environment, and managing client relationships effectively. Duties Provide a range of luxury facial treatments, including but not limited to anti-aging facials , hydrating treatments , brightening facials , and customized skin therapies . Administer medical-grade facials and other aesthetic services as needed (such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, etc.). Perform skin analysis for personalized treatment plans, ensuring optimal client results. Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend home care products to enhance results. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in accordance with spa protocols and health guidelines. Stay current on the latest skincare trends and technologies to continually elevate client experiences. Provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Skills:

Licensed Esthetician in the state of [State]. Proven experience providing high-end, luxury facials and advanced skincare treatments. In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, facial techniques, and skin health. Familiarity with medical-grade products and treatments (e.g., SkinCeuticals , Biologique Recherche , Valmont , etc.) is a plus. Experience with microdermabrasion , chemical peels , dermaplaning , and other advanced esthetic treatments. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and skin types to customize treatments for individual clients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate clients on their skincare needs. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and client satisfaction. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for skincare and wellness.
