In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash application techniques, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid techniques. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and lengths. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions to ensure longevity and satisfaction. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently. Provide additional beauty services as needed, such as hair styling, body waxing, or hair threading. Conduct product demonstrations to inform clients about available products for eyelash care. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and service offerings. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required. Proven experience in eyelash extension application is preferred. Familiarity with salon software systems such as Vagaro is a plus. Experience in related beauty services such as hair styling, body waxing, or deep tissue massage is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
