We’re on the hunt for a people-loving , sales-driven , and self-aware CryoSkin Tech who can consult clients, perform treatments, and confidently sell high-ticket wellness packages. If you have real sales skills, spa or med-spa experience, and you’re obsessed with creating next-level client experiences — this is your role.
THE ROLE
$25-30/hr base + 10-20% commission on package sales Deliver Cryoskin body & facial treatments (we train + certify you) Run confident consultations that convert (75%+ close rate expected) Educate, guide, and wow every client with your energy + service Track client progress, manage appointments, and maintain treatment rooms Help with promotions, marketing, and driving location success ✅
WHAT YOU BRING
3-5+ years of sales experience — spa, medical, or wellness is a huge plus You’re confident , people-focused, and know how to close Self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and naturally upbeat You’ve got a “figure it out” mindset, not a “wait to be told” one You love helping people look and feel their best You can work at least 30 hours/week You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid to hustle
