Tamiami Tr.  compensation: Rental- Independant employment type: job title: Spa Entrepreneur Nice sized room available for rent in a Wig Salon and Wellness Spa. The room is available full time. •We have our Massage Establishment License in addition to our Salon/Spa License. We also have an Infrared Sauna and Steam Sauna to offer your guests detox therapy so that you can increase your income, and double book, as well as offering your guests an elevated experience! The spa has an awesome retail area, of which you can earn rent credits for products that you sell (20%,) but You’re welcome to sell your own products if you please! The room is inside Hair Alchemy Wigs & Wellness Spa (A Hair Restoration Salon & Spa,) which is attached to The Ray, The Star, & The Moon (a Metaphysical Gift Shop.) It is currently set up for spa treatments, but we are willing to adapt it for a hairstylist (we have a styling chair, but would need to add a shampoo sink.) We currently have 3 other stylists operating in other suites.
