Esthetics and Wellness Coordinator O-Bar Atl Smyrna, GA 30080 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and promoting wellness. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, and treatments. Provide deep tissue massages and other relaxation techniques to enhance client well-being. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and handling payments. Utilize salon software such as ACUITY for appointment management and client records. Promote services and products through effective sales techniques while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Assist in social media management to showcase services and engage with the community. Skills Experience with deep tissue massage techniques is preferred. Strong social media management skills to effectively promote services online. Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or spa environment. Knowledge of salon software, particularly ACUITY, for efficient appointment scheduling and client management. Sales skills to effectively promote products and services to clients.
