We are looking for a Medical Assistant with experience in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic dermatology to support our team at our Manhattan and Woodbury locations. Responsibilities Assist provider during minimally-invasive aesthetic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and supply inventory Take patient medical histories, measure vital signs, and document information accurately Managing social media content by overseeing and organizing before and after photos, patient consents and digital files. Educate patients on pre•and post-treatment care and expectations Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and procedures Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records using EMR systems Support administrative tasks as needed Stay informed on current trends and new developments in the aesthetics field Contribute to marketing efforts and social media presence (strongly preferred) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (required) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic dermatology Proficient with EMR systems Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures and skincare treatments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Phlebotomy certification required Why Join Us Competitive salary + benefits Work alongside industry-leading aesthetic providers Employee discounts on skincare and treatments Supportive team culture focused on growth and excellence Located in two premier NYC-area offices
