Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician who possesses advanced skincare knowledge and exceptional treatment skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury beauty treatments and demonstrate a high level of expertise in custom facials, facial massage, and KBeauty techniques. As part of our team, you will deliver an unforgettable experience to our discerning clientele by combining your expertise with the latest aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized skincare consultations and custom facial treatments based on individual client needs, including advanced facial massage techniques. Perform high-end treatments such as KBeauty-inspired facials, LED therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other cutting-edge treatments. Offer exceptional client care, ensuring each treatment is tailored to meet their beauty and wellness goals. Maintain expert knowledge of the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations, particularly in luxury and medical aesthetics. Stay up-to-date with continuing education and industry certifications, ensuring the highest level of service and results. Create and maintain detailed client records, tracking treatment history, skin conditions, and progress. Assist in maintaining the clinic’s impeccable cleanliness and organization, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable environment for every client. Build lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and retention, providing follow-up recommendations and aftercare advice. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

Licensure:

Must be a licensed Aesthetician in the state of Pennsylvania.

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a luxury or medical aesthetics environment.

Specialized Skills:

Advanced skills in custom facials, facial massage techniques, and KBeauty-inspired treatments (such as sheet masks, double cleansing, and lymphatic drainage).

Client-Centered:

Strong ability to assess clients’ skin and provide tailored, results-driven treatments that meet their individual needs.

Professionalism:

Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to exceptional client service.

Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of skin types, products, and technologies, with the ability to recommend and apply advanced skincare solutions.

Team-Oriented:

Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing, dynamic team.

Continuing Education:
