What We’re Looking For:

A licensed Aesthetician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience , specializing in: Korean skincare techniques (multi-step layering, glass skin facials, facial massage, essences, ampoules, sheet masks, etc.) Advanced facial treatments and customized skincare plans Deep understanding of skin analysis, hydration, barrier repair, and prevention-focused care Familiarity with K-beauty brands and products and comfort educating clients on their benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Perform luxury facials, including Korean-style treatments, for a high-end clientele Educate clients on proper home care and product use Maintain treatment room cleanliness and adhere to all health & safety standards Collaborate with other providers and support team to ensure an exceptional client experience Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in skincare and Korean beauty

Qualifications:

Valid aesthetician license in Pennsylvania 2+ years of experience in a spa, dermatology, plastic surgery or medspa environment Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Korean skincare principles Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to exceptional client service. Extensive knowledge of skin types, products, and technologies, with the ability to recommend and apply advanced skincare solutions. Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing, dynamic team. Desire to learn and grow within the industry, keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in medical aesthetics.
