We are a premier luxury medical spa in Philadelphia seeking an experienced, polished, and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. Responsibilities:
Perform a comprehensive range of advanced skincare services, including but not limited to: Customized facials Chemical peels Microneedling Laser treatments (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, etc.) Beauty-enhancing treatments (brow shaping, dermaplaning, etc.) Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Deliver a luxury experience with a strong emphasis on white-glove customer service . Educate clients on proper home care regimens, products, and treatment plans. Collaborate closely with fellow medical providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care. Stay current with industry standards, trends, and new technologies through continuing education and on-site training. Participate in professional development opportunities, including conferences and advanced aesthetic training sessions .
Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician in the state of Pennsylvania with Medical Aesthetic training and/or certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical spa or dermatology/plastic surgery setting preferred. Proficient in advanced aesthetic technologies and EMR software. Passionate about skincare, beauty, and ongoing professional growth. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A true team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
