Our state-of-the-art facility is seeking a highly skilled Lead Aesthetic Injector to join our passionate team, take over an existing book of business immediately, and lead our injector team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Medical Director. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Aesthetic Injector with a minimum of 5 years of injecting experience and expertise in full facial balancing using toxins, dermal fillers, and bio-stimulators. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of delivering natural, harmonious results while prioritizing safety and satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to step into an established client base, lead a team of injectors, and collaborate with our advanced laser specialists to provide comprehensive plans of care. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic injectable treatments, including: Botulinum Toxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) for wrinkle reduction and facial contouring. Dermal Fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, RHA) for volume restoration, contouring, and lip augmentation. Bio-stimulators (e.g., Sculptra, Radiesse) to promote collagen production and long-term skin rejuvenation. Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ aesthetic goals and develop customized treatment plans for full facial balancing. Collaborate with advanced laser specialists to create and implement comprehensive plans of care, integrating injectables with complementary treatments. Ensure natural-looking results that align with the client’s unique facial anatomy and aesthetic preferences. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper injection techniques and infection control standards, under the Medical Director’s oversight. Lead and mentor a team of aesthetic injectors, providing guidance on techniques, client care, and best practices. Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team. Collaborate with the clinical team and Medical Director to provide exceptional patient care and a seamless client experience. Document treatments accurately and maintain detailed client records in compliance with regulatory standards. Take over and manage an existing book of business, building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetic Injector, with a focus on full facial balancing. Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD, or DO) with appropriate certifications for aesthetic injections in South Carolina. Extensive expertise in administering toxins, dermal fillers, and bio-stimulators with a portfolio of natural, balanced outcomes. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, and comprehensive plans of care to achieve harmonious results. Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising a team of aesthetic professionals. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach to consultations and treatments. Proven ability to manage and grow an existing client base with a focus on retention and satisfaction. Comfortable working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Medical Director, and Mid level Providers. adhering to clinical protocols and guidelines. Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with all state and federal regulations. Preferred Skills Experience with advanced techniques such as cannula use, micro-dosing, and combination therapies. Knowledge of complementary aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser therapies) to support comprehensive care plans (will train to gain this experience) Strong social media presence or willingness to contribute to the clinic’s marketing efforts with before-and-after photos (with client consent).
