Funeral Home Assistant Greer-McElveen Funeral Home and Crematory Lenoir, NC 28645 We are a local family owned and operated funeral home and crematory in Lenoir, NC. We are looking to hire a Funeral Home Assistant.

Job Type :

Part time/ contract work. You chose when you work.

Pay :

pay is per service worked, removal performed; overtime for long days or extended travel for services.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Funeral Directors in conducting funeral/memorial services in an organized manner. Care for the deceased in a respectful manner, while performing a variety of tasks which may include: removal and transportation of deceased from place of death to the funeral home, parking cars, ushering, driving funeral vehicles, assisting at churches, chapels and cemeteries, delivering flowers and other duties requested by management.
