We are seeking a Customer Service Associate with a strong sense of efficiency and self-management skills to join our Funeral Services team. This is an opportunity to establish working relationships with our external partners, funeral homes, and Funeral Service Operations team, while contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Job Duties:

Partner with funeral homes and/or funeral directors to arrange and schedule funeral services and coordinate all relevant service details, in accordance with the family’s specifications Prepare all relevant documentation as required, to formalize all funeral service arrangements preservice and postservice Work alongside our Funeral Service Operations team to ensure land and mausoleum funeral services take place timely, upon arrival to the cemetery grounds Log service information into our order management system, maintaining all client records up to date

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
