Laundry and Baggage Production Supervisors Primary Function Provide flexible coverage across both Baggage and Laundry departments to accommodate absenteeism and relieve workflow bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Cross Department Knowledge & Flexibility Acquire and maintain knowledge in all key areas of Baggage and Laundry Production, including:
Baggage Operations:
Baggage Opening Baggage Distribution Apparel Processing:
Apparel Hanging Apparel Sorting Cargo Apparel Processing Laundry Operations:
Spot Cleaning Coverage & Workflow Support Provide coverage in both Baggage and Laundry as needed due to absenteeism. Assist in reducing workflow bottlenecks to maintain operational efficiency. Adapt quickly to different roles within the departments. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills and ability to operate a calculator. Strong adaptability to different roles and responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Light to moderate lifting required. Repetitive motion involved in various tasks. Work Schedule 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with mandatory overtime as needed .
Mandatory workdays include:
Friday before Memorial Day Business day before Fourth of July Friday before Labor Day Winter Event Saturday before Thanksgiving One holiday per year is required on the Retail Sales Floor . EOE
