This includes collecting soiled linens, sorting and washing laundry, drying and folding items, and distributing clean laundry back to resident areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting Soiled Linens:
Gathering dirty laundry from various areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
Sorting and Processing Laundry:
Sorting laundry by type (e.g., linens, resident clothing), and potentially by stain severity or specific needs.
Operating Laundry Equipment:
Operating washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment according to established procedures.
Drying and Folding Laundry:
Transferring laundry from washers to dryers, and folding and stacking clean items.
