The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry items are cleaned, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens, uniforms, and other textiles within our facility, particularly in a hotel environment. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder various fabrics. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to established procedures. Inspect linens and garments for stains or damage before processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling chemicals and equipment. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results. Knowledge of laundering techniques. Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and effectively. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
