In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are laundered and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us provide exceptional service to our guests in a hotel environment. Duties Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder various items including linens, towels, and uniforms. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry items according to established procedures. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care and precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including regular cleaning of machines and workspaces. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling cleaning agents. Assist with special requests from hotel staff or management regarding laundry services. Skills Proficiency in laundering techniques, including knowledge of fabric types and appropriate washing methods. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
