In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our hotel environment. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while following proper procedures for each type of fabric. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established protocols. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area, including regular cleaning of machines and workspaces. Inspect finished laundry items for quality assurance before they are returned to service. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely turnaround of laundry services. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
