The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are laundered, cleaned, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our hotel’s laundry services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder items according to established procedures. Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and garments while adhering to safety and quality standards. Perform dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring that all items are treated with care. Inspect all items for stains or damages before laundering and report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces. Ensure that laundry supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow. Collaborate with hotel staff to meet laundry demands in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel setting is preferred. Knowledge of laundering techniques including dry cleaning is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
