Part-Time Laundry Attendant DJs Laundromart Coconut Creek, FL 33063 Job Summary We are seeking a part-time laundry attendant to join our team. The part-time shifts will be on Saturdays and Sundays from 11-5. The ideal candidate will be personable, responsible, punctual and a team player. Attendants without verified experience start at $16.00 an hour and attendants with over a year’s worth of verifiable attendant experience within a coin laundry will start at $17.00 an hour. Duties Handling Wash Dry and Fold orders, which requires the attendant to operate washing machines and dryers according to established procedures for various types of fabrics. Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other items as required. Handle dry cleaning processes as needed, following specific guidelines for different materials. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests from hotel staff regarding laundry needs. Requirements Previous experience in a laundry is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and maintain high standards of quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods during shifts.
