In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and cleaning, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and team members. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous. Knowledge of custodial duties within a hotel or similar environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
