Laundry Attendant Super 8 by Wyndham Ocala 3924 West Silver Springs Boulevard, Ocala, FL 34482 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are laundered and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of service in our hotel, contributing to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Launder and clean various types of fabrics, including linens, towels, and uniforms. Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for easy distribution. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items. Skills Proficient in laundering techniques and understanding fabric care labels. Experience with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred but not required.
