• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to established procedures
• Inspect and identify any damaged or stained items and report them to the supervisor
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle customer requests and ensure timely delivery of clean laundry “`Skills“`
• Experience in dry cleaning and laundry operations preferred
• Knowledge of hotel laundry procedures is a plus
• Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively and safely
• Strong attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and handling of laundry items
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and address their needs
