Laundry Attendant Jetty East Condominium Destin, FL 32541 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all laundry services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in maintaining the quality of linens in a hotel environment, where guest satisfaction is paramount. Duties Clean and launder various types of fabrics, including linens and towels. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and effectively. Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for distribution to appropriate areas or departments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages to management. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required. Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for lengths of time.
