Laundromat Attendant The Laundromat Winter Park, FL 32792 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves various responsibilities, including laundering, cleaning, and assisting with cash handling in a hospitality setting. The Attendant will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for guest use. Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including guest areas and laundry facilities. Assist with dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Collaborate staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with laundering processes and dry cleaning techniques is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for cash handling duties. Experience operating cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous. A strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
