Laundromat Attendant Port Ewen Laundromat 126 Broadway, Port Ewen, NY 12466 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Attendant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, hard working and reliable. This position involves various responsibilities, including wash, dry and folding laundry, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility. No experience necessary. We will train you. Currently looking to hire 1-2 part time employees with various shifts available. Must be available to work some evenings and at least one weekend morning. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records of sales. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including common areas and laundry stations, to ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Skills Previous experience in customer service roles is desirable, Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
