LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR-$20/HOUR 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL Summary The Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, the Laundry Supervisor is responsible for supervising laundry production, inventory, ordering, and supervising the operation. The role also involves overseeing guest laundry and dry-cleaning services, supervising laundry employees, and performing general office duties. Previous supervisory and laundry experience are preferred for this position. Additionally, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, the Laundry Supervisor is expected to have previous laundry supervision experience, supervisory experience, good communication and organizational skills, and computer proficiency. The position requires availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Overall, a Laundry Supervisor at Hyatt plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and uniforms, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the operational success of the hotel’s laundry services
Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of the laundry department. Oversee laundry production, inventory management, and ordering of supplies. Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of laundry machinery. May handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning services Supervise and manage laundry staff, ensuring efficient operations. Perform general office duties as needed. Qualifications Qualifications:
Previous experience in laundry supervision is preferred. Must have prior supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers is required. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and carry a moderate amount of weight consistently Must have full availability; must be available on weekends and holidays.
