Job Description As a Resort Services Operator, you will: Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests.
Answer, route calls, and takes messages to the appropriate departments. Completes daily reports and records as required.
Supply information to callers and record messages.
Call back all guests who called to assure completion of the request.
Maintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required.
Be a liaison with front desk daily for services and the VIP lists. This individual must possess and adhere to the following core values: Integrity

Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 15 pounds.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
