Full Job Description About Us:

At So Fresh & So Clean Laundry , we’re not your average laundromat. We’ve recently taken over and are bringing a fresh, friendly, and modern approach to laundry services—complete with a brand-new pickup and delivery option launching this week. Our current hours for pickup and deliver is Mon-Fri 9-4 and will be expanding in the upcoming weeks/months. We’re a small but growing business that cares deeply about our customers and our team and want to see everyone smiling!

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. This person will help run day-to-day operations inside the laundromat, process wash-dry-fold orders, and support the launch of our new pickup and delivery service. We’re in growth mode, so flexibility and a willingness to learn with us is key! This position also has room for growth!

Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, and fold customer laundry with care and accuracy Tag and track laundry orders to ensure correct processing Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and welcoming Communicate clearly with team members and customers Assist with preparing and organizing orders for delivery Monitor machines, restock supplies, and report any maintenance issues Help support the rollout of our pickup & delivery service No back off from communicating with customers

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay on top of time-sensitive orders Friendly and professional communication Dependable, on time, and ready to work Willing to learn and grow with a small, hands-on team Prior laundry or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Part-time Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm. This can expand to full-time once our delivery service allows. Why Work With Us?
