We believe in training, rewarding great work, and promoting from within. Position Overview As a Laundromat Attendant, you’ll be the face of our store and a critical part of our customer’s experience. You’ll assist patrons with operating machines, help with drop-off laundry services (Wash-Dry-Fold), and maintain a clean, friendly, and professional environment. This is a highly interactive, hands-on role best suited for someone who loves helping others and takes pride in delivering great service. Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with a smile and a helpful attitude Assist customers with operating machines and understanding store procedures Help customers carry in laundry if needed and answer service-related questions Manage and process wash-dry-fold laundry orders to company quality standards Maintain store cleanliness (sweeping, wiping down machines, emptying trash, etc.) Adhere to all store safety and hygiene procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for all customers and staff Monitor machine operation and alert management to any issues Use basic store technology (e.g., kiosks, POS systems, laundry management apps) Support opening and/or closing procedures Work collaboratively with teammates and store managers Required Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) — required Passion for customer service and friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to lift laundry bags up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (apps, touchscreens, POS) Attention to detail, especially when handling laundry service orders Must be available to work one or more weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) Shifts are scheduled between 7 AM and 10 PM, typically in morning or afternoon blocks Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and cover additional shifts as needed is highly valued Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working in a laundromat or similar service environment Prior customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, service roles) Experience with wash-dry-fold or cleaning duties Strong organizational skills and reliability What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, paid bi-weekly Flexible scheduling, with opportunities for additional hours Friendly, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for promotion into team lead and store manager roles Training and ongoing support to help you succeed The opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling, community-centered brand A+ Laundry Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
