Laundry Attendant Sun Rise Cleaning Cleveland, GA 30528 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of laundry services in a fast past environment. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment by efficiently laundering and dry cleaning linens, towels. Duties Operate washing machines and dryers to clean linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures. Sort and categorize laundry items based on color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring that delicate fabrics are handled with care. Inspect all items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management. Fold, hang, and store laundered items in an organized manner for easy access. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating laundry equipment. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results. Experience with laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.
