Hours for this position are 12PM to 6PM 5 Days a week. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an understanding of laundry operations, including dry cleaning processes. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder hotel linens and guest garments. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to established procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment. Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to various departments. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating laundry equipment. Experience Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role within a hotel setting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
