Laundry Services Specialist Hamper2Hamper Ridgeland, MS 39157 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our hotel environment. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder various items including linens, towels, and uniforms. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry according to established procedures. Handle dry cleaning processes for delicate fabrics and garments as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and work surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Ensure that all items are cleaned according to hotel standards and guest specifications. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for guest use. Experience Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
