Laundromat Attendant Cockman Enterprises 900 North Horner Boulevard, Sanford, NC 27330 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Attendant to join our team at The Scrubbin’ Board Laundromat. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and assisting guests with their needs. Duties Provide customer service to all customers by greeting them and addressing their needs promptly and courteously. Assist customers with their laundry, use of machines and laundry card system. Keep floors swept and mopped. Polish dryers with alcohol to remove fingerprints. Keep washer tops wiped off and soap dispensers on washers cleaned out. Check and clean restrooms throughout your shift. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in hospitality and or cleaning Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork are necessary for success in this role. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent service is crucial.
