This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our operations in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the hotel and dry cleaning sectors. Duties Sort and categorize various laundry items, including linens, garments, and towels based on type and cleaning requirements. Inspect items for stains, damages, or special cleaning needs before processing. Launder items according to established procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality results. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of all laundry items. Follow safety protocols and company policies while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Skills Previous experience in a hotel or dry cleaning environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and identification of items. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Basic knowledge of laundering processes and fabric care is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
