Dry Cleaning Attendant My Dry Cleaners ( June Tailors and Cleaners) 2001 Widewaters Pkwy Ste T, Knightdale, NC 27545

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their dry cleaning needs. Inspect garments for any stains, damages, or special instructions provided by the customers. Sort and organize garments according to their fabric type and cleaning requirements. Inspect finished garments to ensure quality control and make any necessary repairs or adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Keep track of customer orders and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.

Requirements:

Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred. Knowledge of different fabrics, stains, and garment care instructions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and requests. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy garments. Basic computer skills for order tracking and payment processing.
