We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sterile Processing & Laundry Assistant to support our laboratory and surgical staff in a pleasant and organized workplace. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking for steady, meaningful work in a high-quality medical setting. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values precision, cleanliness, and professionalism—and you’ll only work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM .

Responsibilities Include:

Set up and clean patient exam rooms for the afternoon session Launder clinic linens and maintain an organized supply system Sterilize and prepare surgical instruments following strict protocols Maintain accurate sterilization logs and equipment maintenance records Monitor and rotate instruments to ensure sterilization standards are met Receive and verify medical supply orders Assist and help in the supply room operations and maintenance Assist with OSHA compliance and cleanliness throughout the clinic Follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment cleaning and upkeep Interact professionally with lab and clinical staff in a respectful and confidential manner

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand and move for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from Cary, NC Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety Team player with a respectful, professional demeanor Why Work at Cary Skin Center?
