Sanitation Associate – Office 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 100 Middlesex Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008 This is a 2nd shift position Sunday 12pm-7pm Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:30am Job scope: Supply restrooms by replenishing consumable items (handsoap, toilet rolls, paper towels) Clean and sanitize restrooms. Supply break rooms by replenishing consumable items (utensils, paper towels, coffee supplies) Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms. Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops Mop floors with wet or damp mops Vacuum office area and clean/dust office space Clean glass doors in lobby and office Inform Management of any repairs and/or additional maintenance needed Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition General maintenance of grounds Any additional cleaning duties needed by

Facility Manager Qualifications:

Must be able to effectively communicate with Management and co-workers Great attention to detail Working conditions: Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to cold, heat, dust and loud noise. Push and pulling pallets and lifting products; Crouching is required up to 15% of the shift; Physical strength to handle up to 30 pound object, frequently.
