Housekeeping and Laundry Worker Cloverbank Country Club Hamburg, NY 14075 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join the Cloverbank Country Club team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the club, as well as managing laundry services including washing, drying, and dry cleaning. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize Locker rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for specific garments or fabrics. Inspect all areas for maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly. Skills Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
