Job Description We are seeking a highly engaged, driven, and entrepreneurial brand champion to join us as an Assistant Manager! • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure seamless experience.
• Build, grow, and manage relationships with customers and staff.
• Lead a team of individuals aligned and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.
• Ensure the facility is clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for customers
• Provide prompt, reliable service.
• Drive sales, growth, and profits.
• Track and manage financial transactions and assist with bookkeeping.
• Provide training and job support for employees.
• Perform light machine maintenance (training provided).
• Increase the store’s digital footprint through Google reviews and other social networking platforms.
• Maintain, purchase, and organize inventory and supplies.
• Assist self-service laundry customers as needed with machines, payment system, and vending.
• Complete laundry for Wash, Dry & Fold service with high quality and attention to detail.
• Support and grow Wash, Dry, Fold business.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership. Required Education, Experience, Skills
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen (experience managing budgets, driving revenue, controlling costs are a plus).
