- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure seamless experience.
- Build, grow, and manage relationships with customers and staff.
- Lead a team of individuals aligned and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.
- Ensure the facility is clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for customers
- Provide prompt, reliable service.
- Drive sales, growth, and profits.
- Track and manage financial transactions and assist with bookkeeping.
- Provide training and job support for employees.
- Perform light machine maintenance (training provided).
- Increase the store’s digital footprint through Google reviews and other social networking platforms.
- Maintain, purchase, and organize inventory and supplies.
- Assist self-service laundry customers as needed with machines, payment system, and vending.
- Complete laundry for Wash, Dry & Fold service with high quality and attention to detail.
- Support and grow Wash, Dry, Fold business.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership. Required Education, Experience, Skills
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen (experience managing budgets, driving revenue, controlling costs are a plus).
