Laundromat Attendant Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our facility remains clean, welcoming, and fully operational while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with machine usage and general questions
• Maintain cleanliness of all machines, floors, folding tables, and restrooms
• Monitor and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
• Handle wash-dry-fold service orders
• Stock supplies (soap, detergent, bags, etc.) and refill vending machines
• Open or close the store (depending on shift)

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or laundry experience a plus
• Must be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to be on your feet for most of the shift
• Friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Must be legal to work in the U.S.
• Spanish speaker is a plus

Schedule:
