Hiring Rate:

$15.75 – $16.50/hr Hilton Pearl River, a full-service luxury hotel located 25 minutes from New York City in Rockland County (NY) and bordering Bergen County (NJ), is seeking a well-organized and energetic individual to join our exceptional team as Housekeeping Laundry Attendant. A Laundry Attendant with Hilton Pearl River is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Must be able to work weekends both days – Saturday and Sunday AND speak English and comprehend the language as well. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Perform all stages of linen processing, including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area Maintain stock levels Respond to guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Perform additional laundry services, as needed Ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as labels and instructions and basic guest request.
